A shared framework for fair and responsible transport relationships.
Purpose
The Charter establishes high-level principles for fair risk allocation, transparency, safeguards and responsible commercial relationships across transport and logistics.
Important: The Charter does not itself constitute certification, replace legislation, set transport prices or automatically determine misconduct or contractual liability.
