A voluntary screening tool based on answers provided by the participant. It is not an assessment, finding, verification, certification or legal opinion.
How it works
Unknown answers count as 0 in the declared-practice score and remain visible as information gaps; they do not prove poor conduct. Justified N/A answers are excluded. At least half of questions and four domains must remain applicable. Critical unknowns cap the score at 84 (one) or 69 (two or more). Domain averages use the published weights.
