Purposes and legal bases

We process applications, membership, assessments and enquiries to administer the requested relationship or take pre-contractual steps. We retain records needed for legal accounting duties and service integrity. Newsletters and public directory entries use separate, withdrawable consent.

Recipients and retention

Authorised administrators and necessary hosting, email and payment providers receive the relevant data. We keep records for the request, membership, applicable accounting duties or a documented dispute, then delete or restrict them. Assessment evidence and findings remain private.

Publication and your rights

Directory entries are optional. Only the consented name, scope, status and validity are published where relevant; fiscal identifiers and private contact details are not published. Quick Check answers remain in your browser. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal at contact@movethics.eu, and complain to CNIL. Necessary session cookies support forms and private access; this package contains no advertising trackers.
